Summer Soundscape at RGNY Vineyard
At a moment when cross-cultural exchange is more vital than ever, Summer Soundscape offers an immersive afternoon of sound, wine, and conversation—raising funds to sustain Pocoapoco, a nonprofit supporting socially-driven artists, cultural workers and creative voices in Mexico and beyond.
This special fundraising event invites guests to experience an open-air sound installation “in the vines” featuring works by Pocoapoco alumni as well as tastings of RGNY’s sustainably crafted wines & curated summer snacks inspired by Mexican flavors and North Fork farms.
RGNY, is a North Fork vineyard founded by the Rivero González family of Coahuila, Mexico and the event brings together both communities in a shared mission: to support creative work that nurtures social transformation, community resilience, and radical imagination across borders.
Why Now?
Pocoapoco’s residency and public programs have become a crucial platform for artists and cultural workers whose creative practices are shaping conversations across the Americas. As funding for the arts and transnational exchange continues to shrink, support for independent, values-driven initiatives like Pocoapoco is more urgent than ever.
Proceeds from Summer Soundscape directly support Pocoapoco’s residencies, creative project grants, and public programming in Oaxaca—helping amplify underrepresented voices and sustain reciprocal dialogue between artists, land, and community.
The Partnership
The partnership between RGNY and Pocoapoco is rooted in shared values - at RGNY, Menos es Más (less is more) is a philosophy that guides every aspect of winemaking—favoring simplicity, intention, and harmony with the land, while staying true to innovation and sustainability. Pocoapoco (little by little) brings the same ethos to the arts, nurturing creative exchange and social impact through their programs.
Together, they reflect what’s possible when we build, poco a poco, across borders—fostering thoughtful collaboration and community between places, cultures, and ecosystems that are deeply intertwined, even when divided.
