Aura Arreola

Aura Arreola is a performer, choreographer, and interdisciplinary artist specializing in Butoh dance, sound performance, and intermedia collaborations. Her work explores intimacy, affection, and vulnerability in artistic and pedagogical contexts, through a feminist and ecosomatic lens. Cofounder of the International Butoh Festival Cuerpos en Revuelta and the platform Espacio Interior, she has collaborated with artists from Japan, the Americas, and Europe.
