Pocoapoco Advisory Board 

About

Unlike a board of directors, the advisory board is not a legal entity and does not hold legal responsibility. What we look to build with the advisory board is a network of creative & reflective Pocoapoco alumni, connected to and living in diverse communities & locations to align with us in continuing to expand our network, perspective, and vision.


Advisory board roles include:

  • Residency Application Review (a committee of 5 volunteers each review period, a short list of 20 applications)

  • Assistance in sharing and promoting events & open calls

  • Assistance with  creative collaborations, partnerships & resident connections

  • Two optional meetings annually to stay updated on programming & plans and connect with other advisory board members.

  • Specific advising based on need & availability

In addition, all advisory board members will be acknowledged on Poco's website.  Every advisory board member also receives a Pocoapoco hat and receives 40% percent off other forthcoming merch :) 

We ask for a two year long commitment..

Forthcoming dates:

The advisory board will be launched in 2025.  Our first optional welcome meeting (via zoom for those of you not in Oaxaca) will be held in June of 2025 (date TBD)
